Home Instead Senior Care demonstrates commitment to quality care through our proprietary PEAQ program with J.D. Power & Associates. PEAQ stands for “Pursuing Excellence by Advancing Quality.”  Through an exclusive partnership with J.D. Power and Associates, CAREGivers and Clients are routinely surveyed to ensure consistent delivery of high quality service.

“Mrs. D called this morning raving about Sue and how great our agency has been for her.  She said that she would not have been able to make it thorugh the month of Jan.  without her help and for that she grateful.  She loves Sue, but feels so dependent on her that she needs to know that she can do it on her own with less help during the week.  I thought that was really cute. So, she reduced her hours during the week to only 2 days per week.  She said she will see how she does and let us know if she needs more.  Sweet lady.  Just wanted everyone to know about how happy she was.”
