The just-released Stages of Senior Care: Your Step-by-Step Guide for Making the Best Decisions
The panel discussion will be helpful for anyone who is taking care of a senior parent or elderly loved one, or if you want to make plans your own future.

Personally I would try to avoid this by having Mom take a reverse mortgage on her home. Seniors can have the necessary repairs made to the house, and would not have to pay the mortgage until the house is sold. If she passes, the estate will pay the mortgage.
